Adam Coll

Adam Coll began his career with KRP LLP while still a university student, joining our firm on an eight-month co-op placement in 2018. After completing his studies and earning a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, Adam returned to KRP full-time in January 2021. He has continued to progress within the firm, culminating in his recent promotion to Manager.

Adam serves a diverse portfolio of small- to mid-sized organizations, with a primary focus on audit and review engagements. His work spans assurance, tax and advisory services across industries including real estate, manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations and technology. Known for his detail-oriented approach, Adam collaborates with his fellow managers and KRP’s partners to deliver practical, tailored solutions to address clients’ immediate business needs, with the goal of positioning them for long-term growth and financial success.

A key part of Adam’s position as a manager is to support and develop the next generation of professionals at KRP. He plays an active role in onboarding new team members and works closely with co-op students and junior accountants, providing hands-on guidance and mentorship as they build their technical skills and professional confidence.

Adam earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in September 2022. Outside of the office, he’s an avid golfer and enjoys travelling to play courses across North America. Adam is also actively involved in his church and values opportunities to give back to his local community.
