Rachel Wu

Rachel Wu joined KRP LLP as a Manager in September 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in public accounting. She previously worked at a mid-sized firm, where she honed her accounting expertise. Following a merger with a national practice, Rachel embraced the opportunity to further expand her professional skill set, working primarily with owners of small- to medium-sized businesses and high net-worth individuals.

In her role at KRP, Rachel serves a diverse portfolio of clients across practice areas such as accounting, assurance and tax. She acts as a key liaison between partners and staff, providing mentorship and guidance to senior associates, junior accountants and co-op students. Her work focuses on delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions—ranging from compilation reviews to tax matters—while helping clients navigate the financial and operational challenges of growing their businesses.

Rachel thrives in KRP’s family-oriented professional culture and is committed to building long-term relationships with clients. She attributes the firm’s success to its collaborative approach, technical expertise and dedication to client service, values she actively demonstrates in her day-to-day work and in supporting the development of the next generation of professionals.

A Chartered Professional Accountant since 2015, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University after completing a diploma in accounting and finance. Outside of the office, she enjoys crafting, photography, and experimenting with new recipes. She is also an active volunteer at local food banks and participates in the Princess Margaret 20 km run. Most importantly, Rachel is a devoted mother who treasures time with her husband and young children—whether solving puzzles, playing sports, or planning family adventures.
