KRP welcomes new partner Adriano Romeo

The Kestenberg Rabinowicz Partners LLP management team is growing once again.

We’re proud to announce that Adriano Romeo, a KRP senior manager since 2011, has been promoted to partner. Adriano has more than a decade of experience working with the owners of small- and medium-sized businesses across sectors including construction, real estate, manufacturing, franchising and not-for-profit organizations.

Adriano will continue to serve his growing list of clients in KRP’s accounting and assurance practice.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Adriano to the partnership team,” said KRP Managing Partner Marshall Egelnick. “Adriano has demonstrated a deep commitment to excellence in accounting and customer service as he’s worked to help our entrepreneur clients achieve bottom-line success during his tenure with the firm.

“Adriano exemplifies our firm-wide commitment to collaboration and innovation. His hard work and dedication to helping our clients leverage opportunity and avoid risk wherever possible is indicative of the type of hands-on service that KRP has provided for more than four decades.”

Adriano brings expertise in accounting and audit, as well as estate, corporate and personal tax planning. He has also assisted clients in obtaining financing, while helping to manage negotiations around the sale of client businesses.

Adriano is actively involved with developing the firm’s professional standards and quality assurance materials, as well as mentoring many of our junior team members.

His perspectives on managing and growing a small to mid-sized business are borne from experience. Prior to becoming an accountant, Adriano owned and managed a small construction company. That entrepreneurial background allowed him to gain first-hand expertise in key areas such as budgeting, cash flow and risk management.

“I couldn’t be more excited about being invited to join KRP’s partnership team,” Adriano said. “Our firm is unique in that everyone—from our partners to support staff—are great listeners who ask the right questions to understand our clients’ personal and business accounting needs. We tailor solutions to address their concerns and solve their problems, all while highlighting opportunities for success along the way. This is a special firm and I’m proud to take on a partnership role as we continue to grow.”

An active member of the community, Adriano is a member of the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association (CIBPA) and lives in Vaughan with his young family. He obtained his C.P.A., C.A. designation in 2010 and graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree.
